The Union of Moderate Nationalist Armies(UoMNA) is the most internationally respected and politically active faction in the ongoing civil war. They are notable for their willingness to negotiate, and prioritization of civilian safety. They are a group of multiple moderate factions which operate under the same banner and name. These factions all have slightly different methods and philosophies, but generally speaking. They want to end the conflict in their favor by gaining international legitimacy and beating loyalist forces out of the cultural and economic center of Xī’wèi. They plan to consolidate power within their region before claiming to be Jǐnzhao’s legitimate successor state.
