OASIS POP-UP PARADISE | THE SILVER SHORES

Instructions

The rains had fallen almost constantly over the barrens for almost a moon now. What had started as a welcome respite was now peculiar and worrisome. Would the rains never end? But then, one morning, the sun peaked out behind the clouds, and the pelting strange rains turned to a drizzle, and slowed to a stop. Was it over? Loners emerged from their sandy rain-soggy dens, the clans emerged from their own covered in feathers, and in the distance? Through the middle of the barrens cut a river of shimmering rainbow water, flowers of brilliant colors blooming in the once dry and lifeless soil, all leading to a brilliant oasis. Where *someone* was there waiting. "Oh my, oh my! So many colors, so many colors! I had wondered what all that ruckus was about!" Iris cheered, her sterling white plumage flaring in an ecstatic display. "That is all a peahen like me can dream! A place with so many colors! Perhaps I will stay here for awhile, perhaps I will!" Her gaze swept around the cats that gathered around, plucking a stray colorful plume out from behind a nearby seacat's fins. "And it seems you have *more* colorful things! Oh my, oh my! I'll tell you what, little cats: you bring me more of these pretty feathers, and I will give *you* pretty things in return! And perhaps, whilst you visit, we can play a game or two along the way! Oho, won't this be so much fun?" If any objections were voiced, they were dismissed as the peahen fluttered away. It seemed that the Pop-Up Oasis Paradise was here to stay, until the rainbow waters dried up anyways... ... Welcome welcome to The Silver Shore's Pride Month Event: Oasis Pop-Up Paradise!
