Today I decided to take some time to work on all of my youngsters, so I grabbed two of my horses that have been introduced to 90% of the starting process and tacked them up. Atlas was up first, and I put the whole 9 yards on him because I want him to be ready for everything and he actually did quite well. He was very receptive, and we were even able to do a round pen session! As for Winnie, it was a bit more difficult. She tends to be a much more anxious horse who needs a lot more time to process and learn. Overall, she did well. I didn't want to pressure her further with additional work, so I walked her back and untacked her.
