Gems give you 1 point, potions make you lose 2 points, and powers like the wand, potion ban, and shrink coin all have unique abilities! Wand - x1.5 gem rate Potion Ban - makes it so no potions appear Shrink Coin - makes you smaller (Note: no effects from special items such as the wand, potion ban, and shrink coin are permanent. The effect will disappear after it is in use for a bit. Collecting a special item while it is still in use will reset the timer for that power, so it's not a bad idea to keep collecting the same special item.)
