Whitby is such a amicable-sounding name for what he is, isn't it? (Dracula reference: I couldn't help myself). It might be too soon to create another character, but I was compelled by some whimsical desire. I feel he might be a bit overpowered which I don't want, but I'm not sure how else to showcase him as a proper threat. I also don't know how the move Night Shade would work in this role-play, but that's mainly for the general aestheticism, I think. Regarding his design, I am dully astonished with myself; I think I must have zoned out. Character is @ODBBUG's and the role-play is @PIKAKIT's.
