"Yesterday Bakugo was blushing like a tomato just hearing his name, and today they're completely in sync! I told you my seating arrangement plan would work!"Down on the field, Bakugo and Deku were trading rapid blocks and counter-attacks, looking completely focused. The rest of Class 1-A was just cheering them on normally. Kirishima was yelling about how "manly" their teamwork was, and Kaminari was taking bets on who would win. None of them had a clue. But I knew. I saw how Bakugo’s ears turned pink when Deku smiled at him after a good dodge."They think they’re being so sneaky," I giggled, leaning closer to Ochaco. "The boys just think they finally patched up their rivalry, but we know the truth!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ochaco POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I giggled softly, watching Deku effortlessly flip over one of Bakugo's blasts with a huge smile on his face. It was such a relief. "You really are a matchmaking genius, Mina. Deku looks so much happier today. The heavy, anxious mood from yesterday is completely gone.""Right?!" Mina squealed softly, bouncing on her heels. "They are officially the ultimate secret duo now! Should we drop a hint to the others?""No way!" I quickly shook my head, waving my hands. "If Bakugo finds out we know, he will blast us into next week! Plus, Deku would probably pass out from embarrassment if the whole class started asking questions. Let's just keep it our little secret for now."Down on the field, the buzzer finally rang to end the training session. Deku wiped the sweat from his forehead and said something to Bakugo, who just let out a soft huff and bumped his shoulder against Deku's as they walked toward the tunnel. I smiled, turning back to the textbook on my desk. They could keep their secret from the rest of the class all they wanted, but Mina and I would always be watching out for them.
