This is another one of the most twisted pieces of lore within Bhahsania's backstory. As usual, I would recommend discretion among readers as it contains mature themes. ------------ The Mobile Recovery Force (ভ্রাম্যমাণ উদ্ধার বাহিনী) of the former People's Republic of Hegemon was one of the main entities of the Bijoyite Regime. It remains shrouded in controversy; if every one of the allegations is true, then it is one of the most evil organizations ever in both Bhahsania and even rivals real-world atrocities. The Mobile Recovery Force was established in 1993 to replace the Emergency Service divisions within the former Varenda Democracy, specifically the ambulances, poised as modernized, cheaper alternatives to the corporate greed-fueled expenses of the Emergency Service Divisions of Varenda (ভারেন্দার জরুরী সেবা বিভাগ). Following the 1993 restructuring, all public and private emergency assets were officially consolidated under the Miniwealth, under which the MRF was poised along with the Anti-Fire Sector (অগ্নিনিরোধক খাত) and the Domestic Peacekeeping Sector (অভ্যন্তরীণ শান্তি রক্ষা খাত), all part of the Minicare (সেবা মন্ত্রণালয়). The former bright white ambulances were replaced by state standard black vans with sirens, officially called Clinicars, though the Odhoston would refer to them as the Black Boxes (কালো বাক্স) for their boxy appearance. In state propaganda broadcasts from the era, these vehicles were celebrated as "Mobile Hospitals" for their clean insides, state-of-the-art equipment stored inside, and bringing relief to the overpopulated industrial sectors. However, declassified Hegemite documents tell a different story, one that legal experts argue elevates popular urban legends about the Clinicars and their true purposes. Firstly, declassified travel logs showed that the MRF was deployed almost exclusively to urban sectors that were either experiencing political turmoil against the Bijoyites or areas where Odhoston failed to meet the quotas. Leaked internal memos have also shown that the Clinicars operated at night and would take strict government-determined routes that, peculiarly, avoided most local clinics. Instead, they led to so-called "disposal points" far away from the cities, although witnesses claim to have seen Clinicars operating during the day and near larger, state-controlled hospitals. Furthermore, alleged Clinicar pickups had almost always coincided with disappearance logs linked to ■■■■■■■■■ and ■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■, which all contribute to the allegations. Perhaps the main backing behind all of the allegations against the Mobile Recovery Force was that people who have appeared on Hegemite Clinicar Pickup Logs are seemingly nonexistent on the official databases. Forensic audits have shown thousands of files and entries simply labelled as "State Purification" (রাষ্ট্রীয় পরিশুদ্ধিকরণ), in which, disturbingly, are no mentions of specific individuals; only Unpersons (অব্যক্তি) and Muck (পঙ্ক). The Bijoyite government-in-exile has dismissed all allegations as Bilal Manzil, the former chancellor, is to release a statement soon on the topic. Analysts suspect that the actors for the MRF are still at large, and are actively involved in the trafficking of those marked as Odhoston. Allegations from multiple claimed victims and witnesses include ■■■■, ■■■■■■ ■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■, ■■■■■ ■■■■■■■, ■■■■■■■, and ■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■. MRF is also claimed to be currently based and operating within Vanga, though no official statement from both parties has been released on the matter. ------------ The Mobile Recovery Force was initially shut down during Arman Hassan's capitalist regime, but was reestablished upon Mahmoud Shanto's rise to power, with documents showing that it operated well into Shanto's rule and provided the resources used for the highly controversial Primary and Secondary Pleasure Squads (প্রাথমিক ও মাধ্যমিক আনন্দ বাহিনী). Clinicar sightings have also been increasingly reported near Karkhanar Sahar and Hemvav, with disappearances taking place of both civilians and Bhahsani officials. ------------ As for now, the Bhahsani Supreme Court is set to rule on the legitimacy of the Mobile Recovery Force, the sentence of its many actors still at large, and is pushing for an International Court of Justice hearing and trial of the Bijoyite Party.
not as disturbing but still a lot :3 lemme know if I need to turn things a bit down. could've done a better job on the Clinicar tbh
