I need you to design a special somepony for this new OC, Lilac Petals! A little about her: She is going blind, but she isn't entirely blind. Her cutiemark flashes, meaning sometimes it is there and sometimes it isn't. Prizes: First place: Your character and one of your OCs will be in my animated series I'm planning on making! You can also voice your OC. Second place: One of your OCs in the series, and you can voice them! You will also get an art request Third place: One OC in the series, and again, you can voice them.
