Alright, I'm just gonna say it: Murder Drones is easily one of my favourite shows of all time alongside Prehistoric Planet. I love the animation, the music, the story, the characters, pretty much everything about it (except for the pacing and a bit of the writing). And, since the show's 5th anniversary is coming up soon, I just really want to do some stuff (such as vectors and animations) as a love letter to GLITCH and Liam Vickers (the creator of MD) for putting their time and effort into cooking up the show. But here's the thing: the show kinda is... hated on a lot on the internet. Mention that you're a fan of it just ONCE and there is a chance you'll be jumped Deviljho / Bazelgeuse style. And I do have a deep rooted fear of seeing things that I love being hated on, since I actually kinda experienced that when I was in primary school (got jumped for liking Roblox and dinosaurs). However, for whatever reason, I've decided to make some vectors of most of the characters from the show (at least the ones that I want to use for animations). And this is the main reason why I decided to make this poll: should I actually share these vectors on Scratch? For the pros and cons (in my opinion)... === Pros === The two vectors I have MOSTLY finished (Uzi and N) are actually pretty decent overall. Sure, there are some parts that could use some tweaking, but other than that they look pretty good. Most of them will be technically be my first actual humanoid vectors that I release on this website, and its honestly nice to try something that I have never done before. As I said before, Murder Drones is one of my favourite shows, and I really, really want to make a project about it that has actual effort put into it rather than just a goofy png like I usually do. On top of this, N is one of my favourite characters in media (simply because I relate to him a lot). And, since I have done vectors of most of my other favourites (Tigrex, Asset 87 and King Ghidorah (though the last two might get remodelled soon)), I only need to finish one more and my quadrant of GOATS will be finished! === Cons === Considering how popular MD is, I do have a feeling that the vectors are going to be stolen and plagiarized pretty often, especially if we're talking about the main trio. Again, MD is actually criticized a lot for its writing, pacing and just being 'cringe' in general', and I do get REALLY defensive of it. So sharing this kind of stuff might be a bit risky for me lol. Making MD vectors just... doesn't feel like me normally. Again, I think its nice to try out something new, but at the same time most (if not all) of my vectors have been creatures (dinosaurs, monsters, kaiju ect). So just suddenly posting MD vectors just doesn't feel like me. To be fair though, the show does have dinosaurs in it in the form of the Sentinels (which are awesome btw), so I guess I could start with sharing those. As these are my first humanoid vectors, I am still sort of trying to get a hang of making them. As a result, they definitely won't be perfect. I really, really don't want to make Cyn, especially her second form. Not that I hate her, just that I feel kind of uncomfortable with drawing her. If 'Yup' wins, the vectors (and any animations they will be used in) will be shared on Scratch for everyone to use. However, I can't guarantee an exact release date; I'll only work on the vectors when I feel like doing so. If 'Nah' wins, I will probably still make the vectors and animations, but won't share them on Scratch. So, what do you think? Should I share these vectors on Scratch or nah?
