Economy: All assets are mandated by the state and are also to be distributed by the state. Civilians are not permitted to own personal belongings. Currency will be abolished. Foreign Policy: All trade with outside nations is strictly prohibited. The state is not to contact other states to prevent internal corruption. Immigration and emigration are banned, and anyone attempting to leave or enter the country will be immediately shot and killed. Military: The state will have a large military, and a large amount of resources shall be funneled into keeping the military running. Surveillance: All citizens will be watched by the government. No access to the outside network will be permitted. If dissent is detected, the citizen will be immediately interrogated and killed. Election: The first layer of government for areas within a province is elected by the people. Provincial leaders are elected by the local leaders. High leaders elect themselves. A group outside the main government is permitted to execute any high leader they find to be corrupt. High leaders and veto all acts of provincial and local leaders. Rights: All citizens are inherently equal unless if they suffer from a permanent disease that makes them less than capable. They will be executed immediately if such a thing occurs. Reproduction must be approved by the state. All civilians must eventually have at least one child. Control: All civilians are to be exposed to large amounts of propaganda from childhood. Rebellious children are authorized to be subject to any amount of psychological and corporal punishment. All children are assigned a job at 18 which they will carry out for the rest of their lives.
