THE VOTE HAS ENDED IN FAVOUR OF THE CARIBBEAN/HUVINIJAN PROPOSAL 1ST VOTE OF THE SOLAR ACCORD: If any, which peace plan should be adopted as the resolution to the current tensions between the Accord and Patria? This resolution decides the policy on which the Solar Accord will choose to act when negotiating with Patria for peace; it is in no way binding on what Patria chooses to do.
NOTES OF INTEREST: Patria will likely agree to the first two proposals, but probably not to the second. Therefore, adopting the second policy as the resolution will likely increase the chance of war between the Solar Accord and Patria. Although, since Patria has no support, the Accord can try to enforce the Caribbean/Huvinijan proposal onto them with gunboat diplomacy. The NASM has threatened to intervene if war breaks out between the Accord and Patria.
