Chapter 2 - Self Inflicted Damage Ft. Dandy and Astro Pebble stared at the two, whimpering at the heavy atmosphere. Dandy stood up, blood draining from his head, his heart pounding in his ears. “Is that all you’re going to say? No remorse or anything? God, they were right. YOU really just do always stand on the sidelines.” Astro started sobbing as he couldn’t take it anymore, feeling torn between his friends as well feeling like his empathy was fake. Dandy realized the damage he inflicted onto Astro as he sat down and hugged him. “It wasn’t your fault. I’m sorry. You’ve must have been carrying all this guilt and helplessness by yourself. I’m so stupid. It always had to be about me. I’m a monster.” Astro shook his head, “No, you aren’t in fact you’re right. I should’ve done something before. I’m sorry.” They both silently sobbed as they knew that there was no going back to change the past.
