Dandy is the one who started this infection :} He originally made it to get rid of Delilah, but one mistake in the lab caused terrible things to happen... [Delilah is not dead, btw] Ever since the infection started, no one knows why Dandy made it; they don't know it was meant for Delilah, not the Toons.
