However, the head councillor is only elected every 10 years, but they can step down or retire and the people will vote earlier. The Inhabitants of Dawnsvale: The people of Dawnsvale are generally cooperative and helpful. Most people chip in to help their empire by harvesting corn and other stuff. The Traditions of Dawnsvale: Dawnsvale has many festivals, such as the annual corn festival, the music festival, the seasonal festivals, etc. Although the festivals do cost money, some of them make up for it, like the corn harvest festival, where the people farm more corn.
