Make sure the Bananas a brown and you freeze em for a while. Grab two bowls In one, do: 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of cinnamon/nutmeg In the other, do: 3-4 bananas (Mash them) 3/4 cups brown or white sugar 1 egg 1/3 butter or coconut oil, or vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons milk Combine dry ingredients into the wet one (So you can use it in the future, otherwise you can't exactly reuse the bowls) Bake for 350* for 45 minutes, if you pull out the toothpick and stick it in. if it comes out clean, then you are good to pull it out! If not, then leave it in and check on it every 5 or so minutes.
