A: DTA stands for Draw To Adopt! Q: Can I use my own bases? A: No, sorry! You can use them for a ref Sheet in the future but not as an entry. Don't try to bend the rules, either, this means no using other people's bases too. Q: Can I change the character into a human or another species? A: Of course! Just keep most of the key features! You can even change it into your own made up species or a hybrid, whatever you think fits! Q: Is there an entry limit? A: Nope! You can make as many as you want, but you can only win one character unless the DTA flops. Q: How will you be judging? A: I will be judging off effort and artstyle! I won't be too picky, detailed shading won't count bc ik not everyone has access to more advanced art websites where you can do that stuff! Q: How many candles need to be on Candleburn? A: Any amount, I just drew 9 because I got lazy. You can also switch up the locations, like put them on their ears or tuck them in their tail. Q: Can I change the character's gender? A: Ofc!
