08 is an easter egg entity, but not a boss. There is a very rare chance 08 will appear if you reach the end of any level and instead of completing it, you backtrack your steps. You can change it so you can only backtrack one specific level or yeah, change the gimmick however you want. The music playing currently will play when you see him and they will just stare at you, they won't do anything and you can't hurt them so yeah.
