They were fighting because the gods were taking advantage of them. (Idek I found my old sketchbook from 4th grade with these gals and their lore help...) They were training to fight blah blah and yeah they were paired up together. Yuri accidentally kelled Cora because she wasn't able to control herself. They were 'best friends' if ykyk :1...
