THE BANAYM FILES Known Platforms: Scratch Known Alt's: m190000, julie_the_gamer-XD, and banaym_3rd_son Disclaimer: Any personal information mentioned in this report is based only on information Banaym publicly shared or publicly presented himself. However, the focus of this report is not his private life, but his repeated unauthorized use of other creators’ work. Banaym is a Scratch user known in parts of the military art and roleplay community for posting military-themed projects and vehicle artwork. However, his “art” has become controversial because evidence shows that he has repeatedly used assets made by other creators without proper permission or credit. This issue has affected both low-profile and more well-known military artists and RP users, including myself. Banaym has built a larger following than many of the creators whose assets he has used, which makes the issue more serious because stolen or improperly credited work can spread faster than the original creator’s version. This is not based on rumor. Evidence includes project screenshots, asset comparisons, credit sections, warning comments, dates, and examples of repeated behavior after being told to stop. Banaym has been documented: Using assets made by other creators, Failing to ask permission before using those assets, Giving no credit or unclear credit, Reposting assets as if they were his own, Continuing after warnings were given, Avoiding accountability when confronted, Playing dumb when confronted, Using excuses such as the “sibling card”, Using alternate accounts connected to the same or similar patterns of behavior, Affected creators include @to-nks, @Ze_2-2_tx, @COS__CREATOR2, @M4A1Fan2010, @Tac_Jaeger77, @JH0508, @ThePrussianFront, Hanz1918, and other users whose assets were used without proper permission or credit. Banaym has been warned multiple times by creators and community members to stop using stolen or unauthorized assets. Despite these warnings, he has failed to properly change his behavior, remove the assets, or consistently credit the original creators. The repeated warnings show that this is not a simple misunderstanding. At this point, the issue appears to be a continued pattern of unauthorized asset use and refusal to take accountability. Banaym has a documented pattern of using other creators’ assets without permission or proper credit. Multiple creators have been affected, warnings have been given, and the behavior has continued despite those warnings. Banaym is a Male born in Kiev Ukraine he is a minor around 13-15 years old, currently lives in the state of Texas Banaym also attempted to join NXG under one of his alts As a result I have decided to bring it to light. Also I could not finish the background because every time I tried to add one more thing it would die Please spread the word I want this to be heard by the masses Disclaimer: Do not harass, threaten, dox, spam, or personally attack this individual.
