(Like deporting all Heptians in Osiris or deporting all Planarianists in Malizar) – Deliberately destroying civilian infrastructure is outlawed, even when closed unless if they are converted to military infrastructure or the enemy is attempting to minimize civilian damage if it is used by the military but remains to be partially used by civilians – Implants used as surveillance are outlawed. – Blocking humanitarian aid is strictly prohibited. ARTICLE 2 (Military and medical stuff): – Medical equipment such as medical spaceships and military hospitals for military is protected by this treaty. – When someone is seriously injured during war, they have the unalienable right of leaving without being targeted by the enemy to get medical help. – If a medical facility is transformed for use in military, it loses protection unless if it remains to be used as a medical facility to treat both civilians and military personnel. ARTICLE 3 (Self-replicating spacecraft, environmental protection, and AI) – AI bots are allowed in wars unless if they are deliberately uncontrolled or are self-replicating. – When used AI probes must be destroyable by the military using it to prevent fully losing control. – Self-replicating spacecraft cannot be used in war. – When used in war, AI must not be used to destroy civilian infrastructure. – Self-guided AI must be able to be destroyed manually. – If a rogue AI or Von Neumann Probes are contained, it must be placed far away from civilian infrastructure and galaxies to prevent mass destruction. – Deliberate destruction of galaxies and space wildlife (e.g. Space Planarians) is outlawed. ARTICLE 4 (When such rules are broken) – If a country breaks the rules stated in this treaty, countries can sanction and block trade from them. – The country affected by another country committing war crimes against it will get compensation to rebuild its infrastructure or civilians and gets protection from war for 2 years. However, if it does not use the compensation money to rebuild infrastructure or civilians, it will be sanctioned and will lose the compensated monies.
