As the victors over Poland discuss the post war future, it appears an issue has come up. There is a fairly large Kabito population in conquered territories. But they are in luck.... Because the Dominion as you know, is in desperate need of bio matter. Seeing as we both can "solve" each other's problems, and that the Kobito are almost universally hated across Europe, as the scars and memories of the femboy wars still persist..... No one will miss them.... No one will care, and they would be fulfilling a greater purpose. The Dominion can use their bio matter to feed a few million of our people, provide for medical needs, and be used to grow blasters, ships, support, and all kinds of bio-techno equipment the Dominion uses.... Think of it as..... An investment. You give us them, and in exchange, their flesh is used to further aid the struggle against the nemesis and protect Sol. Some would call it a genocide..... The Hospital State calls it "A Worthy Sacrifice" They should feel pride in giving themselves to the cause. They would be giving their lives so that the nemesis be made to suffer a little bit more, and protect their planet. The Dominion humbly requests a mere 3-4 million Kobito's be "donated" The Medical Branch(which now effectively rules the Dominion after the revolution against the Hand and ongoing civil war) promises it will be quick, clean, and painless. After all...... We are not barbarians..... The "Predatory Hospital State" arc continues. Many Dominlings haven't eaten in over a year, only kept ticking by the quick modifications to the entire species by the Medical Branch. But the Dominion has reached a point where all its resources are in the field, and continuously recycled. New ships, or equipment cannot be made/grown, only recycled. Young Dominlings cannot grow properly, healing is limited. Increasingly, the Dominion is losing what it once was.... It's becoming something else entirely, a predatory nation, that looks at its enemies not with hatred, but with a "Can I Eat that?" It started with the Mita, then quietly with the Cascadians in conquered Alaska. There was great hope, that the war against Jansan would be enough to end the hunger, but Galacticus did not allow the feast..... Now in desperation, the Dominion must look for..... Alternative sources, including people's on earth.....
