Here we have two seperate benefactor specimens, one cave dwelling one (the white one) and one desert dwelling one (the black one), there are many differences between them despite being the same species, both specimens are very confused and stressed and have been demasked in order to get a better view of their faces The cave dweller has awkwardly spaced tail frills and takes on a more mammalian structure and a bit shorter than others from the same species,they have a light pink color from very little exposure to the sun and small spines on their forehead,and they have very noticeable pale white eyes, these ones typically wear brightly colored robes but more wealthy individuals will also wear a cloak made from caramel lizard hides,they typically take on a more mysterious personality and tend to be a bit more superstitious than others,one of their beliefs is that those born with deep black eyes were blinded which has been proven to be false but they would never accept this,these guys treated their kits relatively poorly,after 2 months with their parents,the kit would be taken away and forced into a hostile education and be encouraged to argue and have fights,occasionally full on political debates,the weakest of the kits would be physically attacked by adults and bullied until they followed along,they once maintained a neutral relationship with Lurking Shade The desert dweller has very dark eyes and minimal clothing (the specimen is currently very cold right now), they adorn themselves in many pearls to help with cooling and to look much nicer and extravagant,they have lightly colored, fleshy, almost transparent, protrusions on their tail and forehead, these ones are more reptilelike and have black scales, through evolution, the scales developed this color from their climate and VERY heavy radiation exposure,the desert dwellers went functionally extinct far before the mass ascension due to their failure to pull a leaver at the right time,their kits were treated well and were given an actual education,they were raised to be great engineers (they obviously failed though),they had normally had a blunt personality and were more prideful than others, they never made a real impression on Sanded Oasis before they became extinct The specimens are both adult males and don't know how they got here and want to leave,they also really want their masks back
