What if World War One had started in 1916? Emperor Franz Joseph would be dead, China could be involved, Russia would be more prepared, everyone would have better tech, etc. I'm thinking the war starts because of China collapsing in 1916. Maybe it could be a balkan war, not sure how any would start though at that time. Give me ideas on how World War One would start, please!
