Due to a lack of resources, the uh leaders of Telonia have decided to declare a state of emergency and that an expansion is needed to keep the nation well stable. The leaders will ask that some brave volenteers help the armed forces in taking and occupying the new territory (i swear everyone has forgotten there is suppose to be life forms/natives :/) to hopefully bring this nation back from the current struggle/great depression ig its currently going through. Armed forces will do a sweap on the planets to detect and eliminate any hostile life forms and then will start to set up building and stuff to allow settlers to well move there, ofc everything won't happen right away.
