⬫ ┈┈┈ ⬫ ┈┈┈ ⬫ I haven't done one of these in a while :sparkles: ⬫ ┈┈┈ ⬫ ┈┈┈ ⬫ 1. the session that made you want to apply and why? script july 2025 I guess? it's my last camper session loll and I wanted to be more involved in the community 2. was your first app a co+leader app or co only? co+leader! it was very um interesting though and I correctly did not expect to get leader haha 3. first app of yours? melody :sparkles: 4. most recent app of yours? splatoon! 5. app question that takes the least amount of time? checkboxes xD 6. app question that takes the longest? probably communication and accountability! it wasn't difficult at all, but I just wanted to make sure my answer was well thought out xD 7. favourite app question? cabin preferences! (you're so fancy with your non-american spellings hehe) 8. least favourite app question? I actually kind of like all of these xD 9. app question with answers you find most fun to read? about me or communication and accountability <3 10. any specific habits on answering questions (order, time of session etc)? I pretty much go in order and leave difficult sections for last! I like to have my app out sometime close to the 10th, but it varies a lot by session <3 11. app that took the least amount of time? splatoon for sure! 12. app that took the most amount of time? personas <3 13. favourite app by another swc-er you’ve ever seen? I loved kiara's wonderland app! 14. how do you (usually) pick app themes? the last two times I've had a prominent app idea, it's based off of that, but other than that, it's very spur of the moment xD 15. an app of yours you wish you could’ve spent more time and effort on? the splatoon one </3 I'm proud of myself for getting it out, but I should've managed my time a bit better earlier :)) 16. have you ever made an app that has the same theme as the cabin you were looking to lead that session? (...very random but genuinely curious cause i’ve seen quite a few xD) sooo the quite a few was probably me- 17. what are some things you do to counter motivation loss during app season (drop your tips and share with all of us please :pleading:)? lock in!! pomodoro also helps, and once I get started, it's hard to stop xD 18. what are some app themes you’ve considered but didn’t end up going with? (doesn’t have to be this session only, any ideas for apps from past sessions is okay too!) I'm gonna gatekeep ;D 19. what is the latest you’ve stayed up for anything leader apps (waiting for results, working on app late at night etc)? so unfortunately I have downtime after 10pm </3 but I've spent about 6 hours working on an app in one day before 20. if leader apps were a food, what food would it be? mangos? 21. if your apps all had their own personalities, which one would you want to be friends with the most? my memories one <3 22. adding on to previous question, is there an app you would probably want to avoid if they were sentient? my personas one, they seem very chaotic (in a bad way-) 23. words of advice to someone who’s thinking of making a swc app for the first time? go for it! it's a learning experience and applying helps you in real world spaces like j-o-b interviews (don't you mean job cat) 24. least favourite app you’ve made? the wishing well </3 it's cute but the story took a crazy amount of effort 25. favourite app (or just the one you’re most proud of!) you’ve made and why? I really liked my personas one, especially the coding and ui <33 26. what is your favourite part about making an app? I love app critiques hehe and also just being part of the app making community! 27. any other fun facts about your app making process you’d like to share? I generally don't start working on my app until apps come out! I never know what questions will change and also it gives me a schedule 28. do you have plans to make more apps in the future? perhaps!
