anyways lore dump time! so that language on the cage is made up. it doesn't mean anything and can't be deciphered... at least for human eyes! you see, the "cat's" eyes are extremely different from humans, so that language looks different to them, and a lot more understandable. the "dogs" are a species biologically similar to the "cats", but they have a massive rivalry with each other. Humans saved the "dogs" from extinction a long time ago and ever since then they have devoted their lives to protect us just like we did them, that's why when the "dogs" saw the message they cared enough to go all the way to Kepler 22b to save us. and the reason the "cats" even attacked us in the first place is BECAUSE we saved the "dogs", since their rivalry would have been ended if we let them die! ... oh, you wanna know how the fight ends, don't you? tell you what. let's strike a deal. if i get 15 hearts and favorites i'll do a follow up song about the aftermath and do another drawing and lore dump. yes ik i'm starving for attention you don't need to tell me ;-;
