The Bhahsani government has brought forth two very speculative proposals for the Mouths of Alaksandria, specifically the bay between Bhahsania's Easternmost Province and the Vanga Free States. These will include the construction of a semi-submersible deep-sea oil rig (codenamed Sagar Jyoti) and a spar platform deep-sea oil rig located on the second Mouth of Alaxandria between Bhahsania and Mosesia (codenamed Kaizen Pioneer) that Bhahsania, Mosesia, and the Vanga Free States will operate, along with a dam formed near the Alaksandrian Estuary (codenamed Hazira-Dariyakhan Coastal Dam). Kaizen Pioneer, proposed to be operated by both Bhahsania and Mosesia, is said to be around 300 meters tall, with the hard-tank cylinder's height estimated at around 200 meters tall and a diameter of 60 meters. Computer estimates put it at 540,000 tons when fully ballasted, with a submerged draft of around 170 meters below the ocean surface. Total crew capacity will be between 100 and 150 crew members, with the rig capable of producing between 200,000 and 250,000 barrels of oil per day. Construction times are debated, with claims ranging from a few months to 3 years. Meanwhile, Sagar Jyoti, located off the coast of Chattigara, is hoped to be jointly operated by Bhahsania and the Vanga Free States, being 110 meters long, 75 meters wide, and a total height of 130 meters. It will have an operating draft of 22 - 23 meters and will have a transit draft of 10 meters, while displacing around 60,000 metric tonnes. Producing around 100,000 barrels per day, it will have around 100 crew members, while construction may take a few months, if not weeks, since the project is based on an older base in the region from an unfinished Bijoyite project. The project that is hoped to commence soon, the Hazira-Dariyakhan Coastal Dam, is the biggest proposal of the Bhahsani government in the region. This will help prevent ocean water backflow into the Alaksandrian River by rising sea levels, while also catching river runoff and providing clean water (1.5 billion liters from the created reservoir). Additionally, the dam will serve as a massive storm-surge barrier, preventing extreme tides from pulverizing the estuary, and it will help generate more clean energy through tidal power. As per dimensions, it will have a total structural length of 18.5 kilometers, with a base crest width of 115 meters and with a top deck 32 meters wide. It will also have a structural height of 42 meters, a mean seabed depth of 22 meters, and an air gap of 12 meters above the highest predicted storm surge. The dam will also have 2.4 kilometers dedicated to power generation, housing 80 bidirectional bulb turbines, each with a 7.5-meter diameter. Meanwhile, 40 vertical lift gates, each spanning 45 meters in width and 18 meters in height, will sit 60% opened under normal conditions, slamming shut when a severe marine surge is detected. To let cargo vessels, passenger cruises, naval assets, and oil tankers pass through the dam and into the Alaksandrian River or the Mouth of Alaksandria, a 400-meter-long, 55-meter-wide transit gate will also be built along the dam. The two main countries this proposal has been brought to are Mosesia and the Vanga Free States, with Bhahsania bringing forth the following idea for profit gains from the oil rigs: 60% Bhahsania/40% Mosesia (For Kaizen Pioneer) 60% Bhahsania/40% Vanga Free States (For Sagar Jyoti) International countries may also invest in the rigs and help with construction to receive discounts on the oil harvested from the rigs. The total cost of the megaproject, known as Future Industrialization (ভবিষ্যৎ শিল্পায়ন), will be anywhere from $15.2B - $19B, with the cost profile provided below. ===== Total Cost Profile for Future Industrialization: --- Kaizen Pioneer: $5B - $6.5B Sagar Jyoti: $1.2B - $1.5B Hazira-Dariyakhan Dam: $9B - $11B -------------------------------------------------- Total Est. Capital Cost: $15.2B - $19B ===== Costs for the oil rigs are to be split similarly to the profits gained, with Bhahsania taking 60% of the workload and costs to build the oil rigs. Meanwhile, the Vanga Free States and Mosesia are expected to contribute 40% of the remaining workload for their respective rigs. (though profits and cost division are to be negotiated later, hopefully). However, Bhahsania will take on costs for the Hazira-Dariyakhan Dam on its own, with the Shariq Administration already signing the bill on the 5th of June, allowing construction to officially commence on the 16th. Overall, the Future Industrialization megaproject is set to help boost Bhahsania's economy, lower oil prices in the Southern Rheic region, and serve as a stepping stone for Bhahsania's rise in the geopolitical world.
lemme know if anythin needs tweakin but yes i found oil, vespacia better not slime me
