I made this on Procreate. I made it by inserting a picture of Ryan (Ryan Tedder, the guy looking up), tracing over it, then colouring it myself. I got the background off Google and the entire thing was inspired by a OneRepublic song, "Stargazing". If you're wondering, I made him have no face for two reasons: 1) I find it hard to draw human faces and any faces. 2) It doesn't even look worse.
