This is the protagonist of my anime/manga , he is a wind elemental , so he unlocks different forms throughout the manga/anime , but he only unlocks his forms one-by-one , in this form (on this project), (base/1st form) he is city level of power , and he unlocks his next form by gaining more energy , until he evolves to his next form which each form gives him new armour and his armour is the same strength as his new form , he can instantly switch between forms that he already unlocked. each new form he gets is waaay stronger than the previous one , he has forms. also he gets a sword as good as the armour for each new form. sorry this is so much to read.
