apologies for the lack of projects that i actually put effort into, i've been pretty busy. to prepare you for any absences, here's a brief schedule that i will be sharing updates about: school ends on thursday, and i may have a little more time to work on art things, but no big projects. i have a band concert june 13th, so the week or so leading up to that will probably be spent memorizing my ten songs rather than posting projects. june 14th, i'm at sleepaway camp for two weeks. i will not have access to any devices, and i will not be active. i have a one-week break, and then i'm going to a day camp at my local zoo for two weeks! it's about the same length as a school day, and my activity should be about the same as it is during weekdays. the week after, i'm in a different state for a music festival, which is really exciting. (i'm there for cage the elephant and the strokes in case anyone's wondering) i will not be active, because i'll be outside enjoying the state, and any activity won't be posting projects. i have nothing for the rest of the summer as of now, but if something pops up, i'll let you all know prior. apologies for my low level of activity this past week, i was actually working on a service project for social studies. my friend and i actually hosted a full-on beach cleanup today, which was awesome! we only had like seven people total, but we managed to get two and a half bags of trash, which i'm really proud of! (i'm literally still dripping from my shower to rinse the sand off now) now, what if someone spoke?. i know i haven't posted the seventh chapter in weeks. before you ask, it /will/ be posted once i write it. i am going to take away deadlines for myself because i get really stressed. as a neurodivergent person who really likes routine, i don't like including something into my routine that i know i can't complete. due to this, chapters will be posted more sporadically when i can finish them. thanks for bearing with me through that block of text!! love and sparkles, -cactusshade (my pfp is on loop in the project cuz i didn't know what to put there lol)
