maybe happy ending my beloved yeah so funny thing is i haven’t actually seen this musical yet, but when i found out that darren criss (who plays blaine on glee, also kinda my celebrity crush lol) originated one of the lead roles i got invested and learned all about it and now i love it,, i listened to the soundtrack and it’s so beautiful anyway here’s some fanart of oliver and hwaboon with claire and some fireflies they are coming to where i live in the fall, so i’m hoping to see it (it won’t be darren criss unfortunately but i love the musical in general so i’m still very excited) RANDOM VENT THAT’S SOMEWHAT RELATED i’ve been really dysphoric about my gender lately (i’m a trans man) like i’m having second thoughts about my chosen name, i dislike my body, and i NEED hrt (ik i have to wait but it’s just so hard) and one of my friends is getting top surgery in july and on one hand i’m so happy for him bc that’s such a big deal but i’m also quite jealous and wish it were me, ik i have to be patient but it’s so so hard i currently go by rowan, and i like the name (obvi bc i picked it) but i just don’t know if it’s really me…so i did some thinking and have a short list of names i maybe like better: lee (my given middle name) jay (my given name started w a j) cory/corey oliver/ollie (this happens to be the name of one of the main characters in maybe happy ending- the guy on the left- no i am not naming myself after him, i liked the name before i discovered the musical but now that i’m hearing it more (both bc of the musical as well as just hearing it in other media/just out in the world) i think it might fit me) elliot orion chris august i don’t know how many people will read this far but if you have, thank you so much and please comment which of those names you like the best ^^
art - me (unsure how i feel about this new, more cartoony style…i think it could work if i keep practicing) characters - oliver and claire from the musical maybe happy ending song - never fly away from maybe happy ending, sung by oliver and claire (darren criss and helen j shen)
