this guy's mostly a satirization of the exe formula basically, his story is that someone was messing with the codes of sonic cd's soundtest and then when they made it to the secret special stage, the one with eggman's face as the background, sonic suddenly looked like this. sonic then proceeded to leave no witnesses also he killed the guy by showing him cute kitties and the guy died of cuteness overload lol
