This is Scopophobic they are a pale gray cat with white eyes, bloody hands and they hate being looked at, they're inspired by SCP-096. Scopophobic is 6'5, they look malnourished since they are the meat of other cats they've ended, they're scared and misunderstood because of the experimentation they've been through, which explains the tears in their eye, and they have Scopophobia and their symptoms are S.A.D (Social Anxiety Disorder)
