Sarah, she/her, straight, 6 Sarah is very shy, and lives with her mom, dad, and older brother. She has one good friend named Jack. Sarah knows nothing about LGBTQ. Sarah, 8, she/her straight. Sarah has a presentation in health about LGBTQ before school ends. She is amazed by how many different terms there are! She tries to tell her mom about it but her mom thinks lgbtq is stupid. Sarah is also less shy and makes more friends. Sarah, 10, she/her straight There is a wedding Sarah has to go to, and she really doesn't want to wear a dress. Her mom and dad fight about it, but in the end she has to wear the dress. Sarah, questioning, straight, 11. Sarah is making a lot more friends, and most of them are boys. She doesn't like it that the boys assume that girls aren't strong. Jack comes out to Sarah as gay, and explains what it means. Sarah, questioning, straight, 12 Sarah continues to become even more social, and is friends with a lot of boys. Jack is still her best friend. Sarah has to wear a collared shirt to a band concert, and she really likes it! A ton of the other girls start wearing make up, but Sarah really doesn't like it. Sydney, nonbinary, she/they, straight 13. Sarah decides to change her name to Sydney. She feels like they're not really a girl or a boy, and Jack tells them about nonbinary. They also decide to make her hair shorter. A lot of people they know start getting crushes, but she doesn't have any yet.(Sorry couldn't find a nonbinary flag) Sam, he/she bigender, questioning Sydney decides that they feel more bigender than nonbinary, and he changes his name to Sam. She come out to Jack, who's very happy for her. (Again, couldn't find bigender flag) Sam, 13, she/he bigender questioning Sam comes out to her parents, but they don't accept him and say that he can't live with them if she's lgbtq. Sam is devastated and goes to live with Jack's family. He starts to feel really happy with Jack, but doesn't know what it means. Sam, 14, he/him trans, questioning Sam decides that he doesn't really have a connection to femininity. He continues to live with Jack and feels really happy with him! He's hasn't had a crush on a girl before, and he doesn't know what his feelings mean. Sam, 15, he/him trans gay. Sam realizes that he has a crush on Jack, and since he hasn't had any crushes on girls decides that he's gay. He tells Jack how he feels and they start dating! 20 years later ---------------- Sam and Jake got married, and have 3 kids: twins and another kid. Their youngest kid was adopted. Sam still keeps in touch with his brother, but doesn't talk to his parents.
