Usually, a normal savecode is easy to "Hack". For example, a savecodes that can be easily hacked is like "hello", this savecodes is very easy to hack because of any body can look at this and know this is a savecode to save a message and just by looking at this, they know that the message is hello. Another example is in like a Game where your savecode saves your score, if your savecode is just like 100, which is very easily to hacked, people can just change it to 10000000000000, load it, and then just win the game idk. An Anti-Hack savecode, however, is hard to hack. Instead of "hello", it is ".93.85.5.9.7.8.20.93.85.6.9.22.5.93.85.15.14.5.85.20.23.15.93.85.15.14.5.85.20.23.15.93.85.15.14.5.85.6.9.22.5." or instead of "100", it is ".93.85.6.9.22.5.85.20.8.18.5.5.93.85.19.9.24.85.20.23.15.93.85.19.9.24.85.20.23.15." Those savecode just looks like random characters so people will not know what does those characters represent.
