When chip was created he had a slight corruption in his code which modified the code that locked him from modifying code into true letting him do ANYTHING he wanted he learned telekinesis after going into his own code and modifying his powers and added it in. chip also has the abilty to switch any power stat just with his thoughts he PERMANENTLY switched his damage to 10x it’s normal of 100 giving him godlike status in battles. you cant outrun him either he is by default about 1.5x faster then the average human and if your faster he can QUADRUPLE those numbers just to meet up to you His energy has no limits as it runs off his own thoughts meaning he is IMMORTAL because he has picked up ADHD on the way in order to make him self energetic enough to run all of his scripts and modify them. He can also modify the code in objects themselves this also is why he has the power to spawn ANYTHING from a nuke to an orange juice cartridge. he chooses to take over the owners body and shares his knowledge with the owner while they both work together to achieve TRUE SUCCESS
