This is a original NBB Character named Noo-Five, one of the Basics 3 FNATL characters that I wanted to include, since that ZeroThAlt made Po-One and Disp-Four he has similar features to Noo-Noo, expect that he doesn’t have the long nose vacuum cleaner thing. only the wires on his head
