"Saqr" - Hawk (In Arabic) Click for variants. The Sqar is a cheap, versatile attack aircraft and is the backbone of the LTAF. serving as its primary combat aircraft. It is able to take off even from rough terrain, thanks to its robust landing gear, making it incredibly dynamic and compact. It has a wide wingspan and as a result, can carry a lot of weaponry, mainly air-to-ground. It's wide wingspan also grants it decent maneuverability in dogfights (provided that it doesnt carry a lot of weapons, of course) one of its major downsides is the effective combat range, which is relatively short compared to other modern attack aircraft. the LTAF solved this by developing a retractable refueling rod, allowing the Saqr to recieve fuel from baskets dragged by other aircraft.
