ok so I don't usually make theory projects but I just have to get this out ever since I watched the soldier poet king animation and going frame by frame I came up with this i saw baby blackbird(awww) looking terrified with a shadow looming over them so... maybe he was like an abandoned child or orphan or something like that and the royal family took him in or something. or maybe his family had a tradition of brutally training their children to serve the royal family or something. his flowers were blue daisies, bluebells and blue tulips. thanks to @BeYourSelf888 , they considered that blackbird had someone very close and important to him. which I assume who was the king, maybe they were raised together as childhood friends and blackbird was once the king's personal bodyguard or assassin(due to the frame of blackbird killing someone in the animation as well) sent by the king to kill rebels and stuff?? idk I assume there are also other blackbirds(?) since in the rhyme it says 'four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie' so there might be 23 other blackbirds?? also pie did say 'hey aren't you one of the king's-' the blackbird cut pie off in a panic so I assume blackbird didn't want sixpence to find out what he was to the king. anyways our blackbird, as we know, was sent to the cellar for whatever reason, and his resentment grew. but for sixpence's flowers in the animation, who had yellow roses ( thanks @BeYourSelf888 ) which can represent friendship and infidelity. so I'm guessing blackbird betrays sixpence at one point of the story? maybe he was pressured into doing so, or maybe it was just his sense of duty to the king? since its clear that he and the king did have some sort of close relationship before. or maybe sixpence betrays blackbird?? to protect his family in the junkyard or something?? idk could be one or the other. thanks for listening to my Ted talk byeeeeeeee!!
@SkipperTheSilkwing for the amazing story that is sixpence!!!
