The FFD and XRSF have commenced efforts to evacuate civilian populations to Xeng. FFD operators have been deployed deeper into the Northern Territory to guide civilians to secure zones within their territory, prior to their transfer to Xeng. To date, the initiative has secured and rescued up to 6,000 civilians. Upon arrival in Xeng’s territory, each civilian family is provided with temporary housing. They will be granted a seven-year period to secure employment and education before commencing rent and tax payments. Xeng intends to collaborate with external forces and other militias in the future to further minimize civilian harm.
