Near hypothermia, Wheels, Leer, Tiger, and Ellis have managed to escape the crevasse-tunnel system, leaving behind only pawprints and trails of red, soon to be covered by snow. Their penguins waddle beside them quietly, but soon shiver as the wind picks up, rushing over the gentle rolling hills of the Arena. All tributes are now exposed to the coldest temperatures yet, and it is nearly impossible to see anything in the blizzardlike conditions. They attempt to backtrack to the tunnels, only to find them gone, frozen over. Thus, they turn to the next best option: the Cornucopia. Even through the poor visibility, the large metallic structure sticks out like a sore thumb, and the tributes rush towards it for protection, penguins still at their sides. However, one pair of tributes meets at each of the two entrances, and it soon becomes clear that, in order to enter the Cornucopia for protection, they must fight to the death. Unfortunately, due to the sheer cold, tributes have lost the ability to use weapons, poisons, armor, and the like. Worried, the final four look to the penguins for reassurance, which comes in the form of an extended flipper. Upon touching it, each tribute is instantly healed. With little time to waste, the semifinals begin. The semifinals of Round Twelve is a fatal battle against an assigned tribute. The pairings are as follows: Wheels vs Ellis - South Entrance Leer vs Tiger - North Entrance All weapons, poisons, armor, etc is nonfunctional as of the semifinals. There are no further debuffs due to weather either - this is a "normal" battle. Please discuss with your partner who goes first, etc. Checks are due 6/7
