the music is Final Battle: Flappers vs Snappers by Grant Kirkhope (used in the Gameoverse Pilot OST) the gif is from one of Justan Oval's videos. not sure which one but that's prob where it's from the joke here is that TCAG 774 (the cool autistic gamer 774) is having a Livestream titled "announcement." they keep on delaying it repetitively. you see the original time when it was supposed to go live was 1 AM. it's 1:53 am. it was now set to go live at 2 AM. no it is not. the importance of this is that TCAG774 worked on smiling friends (peak show) and it ended. they had one following the ending of the show, but that was in April.
