6/1/26 Atlanta, GA: Breaking News: The SURL will have a 5th division in Season 2. Using EV CUVs, which produce 1000 kilowatts, or roughly 1341 Horsepower, the CUVs will support most SURL weekends, but some will be supporting the SURL Indy and SIMSA series. The Series title is the Shell Recharge EV Challenge. Shell Recharge is a program by Shell for implementing EV charging ports at its various gas stations and hubs. With the Recharge app, you can find the closest ports to you. The series will feature the Ford Mustang Mach E-GT, Honda Prolouge, Dodge Hornet R/T, Toyota BZ4x, and the Chevy Blazer EV.
