Arkadia would begin several new construction projects in underdeveloped segmentums especially the Finis, and Cuspido segmentums. In these segmentums we would improve infrastructure in most of the planets. We would also turn their moons into forge-worlds to produce civilian/military equipment. We would also invest in interstellar and interplanetary transport.
