You can certainly imagine Ruffy as Bitzer’s cousin, as they are both loyal, friendly dogs sharing similar canine characteristics. While Ruffy’s parents are technically unnamed in the show, his energetic, playful demeanor fits well with the affectionate caretaker role Bitzer shows based on Shaun the Sheep.
