Original name unknown, referred to simply as 02. 02 lived a relatively normal life. However, he tended to wander through the woods around his home a lot. After going too far on one excursion, he stumbled across a seemingly abandoned facility. Curious as ever, he wandered in. It was in fact not abandoned, being used as a testing site to reach space. Well, mainly to try and find a new exoplanet to hopefully colonize, as their current planet was losing oxygen and "dying" due to unknown circumstances. While wandering the exterior of the building, 02 was ambushed by a large creature. Being severely wounded, he was later found by a team of the researchers in the building who came looking for their breakaway experiment, also known as 01. 01 was in fact the one who had attacked 02. Upon finding 02 in his current state, they took him in for "repairs". Some of the methods they used had altered his fur color, turning it a greenish blue. They also inserted multiple mechanisms to keep him alive, as well as assist their new unwilling participant on the next expedition. They had already sent 01 into what was known as "deep space". After a few months of testing, 02 was also sent into the same region. uhhh running outta time to type so summary ig 02 found himself in a strange world where physics had little to no control. Also known as the greater void. This strange new land was inhabited by shadowy creatures, constantly watching as 02 shakily collected his samples. He knew this wasn't according to plan. The researchers had lost connection with 01 a while back, and so, lacking resources, 02 was their last hope. 02 gazed up at the towering form of 01. She was here too. great. soo yeah basically 02 has to choose between saving the world which had abandoned him and 01, or just living out a normal life with the residents of this strange realm, by 01's suggestion. aghhhj sorry if this sounds like it has a lotta plotholes, it doesn't really but i forgor how words work :> soo uh extra info bout 02: he has a speaker/communication device embedded into the metal on his right paw.
