Ohh isn't it fun when your brain spins a tale on autopilot? So, I had a weird dream about Baldi's Basics last night, kinda like the Deltarune one but with less to explain since I don't fully remember it. The dream started out pretty unrelated, I was just hanging around in my grandparents' house until I entered the kitchen. There was a flat-screen TV on one of the counters that was playing a repeating Youtube playlist of what I can only describe as "Baldi-slop." So you know those weird 3d Baldi animations by people like IzzBloxian that you see on shorts sometimes? Yeah, it was like those but with 2D sprites, and I specifically remember a scene of Baldi spinning around the halls in shock with a caption that read "WhhaaAAAahh?!?!!?" Anyways, some dream shenanigans later bring me to a breakdown of a makeshift trailer for BB+. There are several shots of eerie wood-paneled hallways with dim lighting, and then it fade-transitions to Baldi, with his back turned to the camera, standing ominously at the of the dark hall whilst the camera zooms in. Spooky, right? The footage then stops. It rewinds back to the transition scene. Pausing on just the right frame of the transition reveals a strange image. What you're looking at right now is a recreation of it, but it was a YCTP screen showing two Baldi look-a-like characters: a blue-shirted one with a sad face and a brown-haired lady wearing a bow and an unamused expression. Now, I don't remember exactly what the blue Baldi was named but it might've been Bumbo or something since he was based on BadSum in my head (who I theorize to be called Lord Bumbo). Now the lady's name I remember because she appeared in another part of the dream which I can't bother to fully explain. To keep it brief, it was Deltarune chapter 5 related with the flowers characters, but for some reason the Baldi lady showed back up again but chibi-version and with a name tag that read "Evil Haldi". I thought this dream and the characters were interesting enough that I had to draw it and share it with everyone. What do you guys think? Should I share some more of my weird dreams? I have a pretty strange Backrooms one I could talk about, but let me know what you want! I also wonder what I could do with these weird Baldi characters too. Anyways, I hope everyone has a good night and keeps on dreaming.
