Once you have all the information about the case, you can use the arrows to move throughout the manor. Click on any staff members you encounter to talk to them. If you have hints turned on, you can use the hint button if you get stuck and then click on the hint to close it. If glow is turned on, any objects you can interact with will glow when you hover over them with your mouse. If you don't, you'll have to find clickable objects on your own. Use the clues and information you gather to find out who stole Lady Sarah's priceless painting. And most importantly, have fun! :D
