I find a lot of artists dont end up animating becuause they dont want to do something with imperfections in frames - (on the other hand some do it on purpose) so have confidnce u dont need 24 frames per second let alone as much as in games basically the right fps for an ilusion for new art artists >;3 {press the flag and go into code for more notes}
iola_Ee - basically tis a basic example of how to animate at a considerate frame rate - use the right weight and fps for it then skys the limit -so just think of a tugging line i guess think of the weight and how fast that pares with the fps - and yeah i know i could make this better i was to lazy to make smoother frames
