She doesn't exist in the traditional WOF Universe, but an alternate one. She was into science, and she became a queen because she was just too kind. For those who don't know, she is Uratsuki's mother... Kinda. Yukitsuki was in her lab, messing around with four crystals to try and gain energy from them, but after putting them in a magic circle she made, Uratsuki was formed. She was born in 1928 of her universe, and died 2025 by assassination. In which Uratsuki's brother, Winter (Not to be confused with WOF's Winter) took over as king of the Icewing area. Her body rests preserved by Uratsuki's power in her bed, there's a bandage around her neck. Later into the ENVINARA story, she reincarnated as a giant plush of her that Uratsuki made, its the same size as her.
